Vedr aktindsigt i min erstatningssag.

Jeg modtog d 12 sept en afgørelse fra Klagesagsteamet i BIF i København.

Jeg har skriftligt orienteret Klagesagsteamet at jeg fastholder mit krav om aktindsigt.

Mandag d 16 sept 2019 modtog jeg et brev fra Ankestyrelsen, hvor det inkompetent ikke fremgår,
hvilken sag det drejer sig om. Jeg har en del sager kørende hos Ankestyrelsen.

For at sikre mig at Ankestyrelsen har alle dokumenter i sagen når de skal træffe
en afgørelse, anmoder jeg hermed om Aktindsigt.

Begæring om aktindsigt jf Offentlighedsloven § 7 til Ankestyrelsen.

Iht. "Lov om offentlighed i forvaltningen" anmoder jeg om aktindsigt i min personlige sag.

Jeg begærer aktindsigt i ALLE sagens dokumenter, herunder aktindsigt i alle interne arbejdsdokumenter omfattet af ekstraheringspligten, myndighedernes retningslinier for behandling af berørte sagstype samt mer-aktindsigt.

Jeg beder at blive gjort bekendt med alle aktstykker og alle aktlister, alle journalrapporter, alle dokumentlister med parter og bilag, herunder alle notater, mødereferater og alle journallister, samt skriftlig oplysning om, hvorvidt alle aktstykker i sagen vil blive stillet til min rådighed.

Med hensyn til notater henviser jeg til lovens krav om notatpligt, jf. bl.a. § 6 i lov om offentlighed i forvaltningen. Det om alle personer der har været inde over min sag.

Jeg beder Ankestyrelsen oplyse i hvilke forvaltningsafsnit sagen har været behandlet til dato samt hvilke sags numre den har i alle disse forvaltningsafsnit.

Jeg henleder opmærksomheden på forvaltningsmyndighedens vejledningspligt, jf. § 7 i forvaltningsloven.

Såfremt Ankestyrelsen skulle have den opfattelse, at visse akter er undtaget for aktindsigten, bedes disse nøje angivet sammen med begrundelse herfor:

1. en angivelse påført journal-listen ved de aktstykker, som med lovhjemmel er undtaget aktindsigt.
2. ekstrakter af de aktstykker, som med lovhjemmel er undtaget aktindsigt, jf. bl.a. § 10 og §§ 12-15 i Forvaltningsloven.
3. en redegørelse og herunder en begrundelse for, hvorfor jeg med lovhjemmel efter Deres opfattelse ikke er berettiget til at modtage eventuelle aktstykker, jf. bl.a. § 22 i Forvaltningsloven.

Jeg forventer indenfor den lovlige frist på 10 dage, jf. § 16, stk. 2 i Forvaltningsloven, at modtage Ankestyrelsens fyldestgørende skriftlige svar på alle mine anmodninger.

Jeg anmoder om at få tilsendt digitalt et kopi af samtlige dokumenter i sagen og journal-liste, registre og andre fortegnelser, som vedrører den pågældende sags dokumenter, jf. forvaltningslovens § 9.
